All About Being Overweight/Obese and the Risks From Diabetes Two

If you are even just mildly concerned about shedding those excessive pounds and unsightly flab you must make an important decision. You cannot continue consuming “junk food” and have any possibilty of losing weight and getting rid of excess fat.

I find one of the most disturbing sights is to see an overweight adult, not to mention a seriously overweight child, in a fast food outlet consuming a mid-day, or evening meal consisting of mostly pure “fat”! Eating roasted chicken, oozing dripping, sodden, fat onto a pile of fatty chips, all contained in a fat laden cardboard box; while without doubt tasting scrumptiously delightful, is a recipe for health disaster, for any person already predisposed to a serious over weight or obesity problem.

Enjoying such a high calorie, fat loaded meal on the rare occasion, possibly may not be too dangerous for a slimmish person not suffering from an over weight problem. However you need to beware of the consequences of a habit forming that could endanger your health at a later date. And for an already overweight person, eating junkfood on a regular basis immediately removes any chance of achieving weight loss.

You simply must eliminate such junk food from your diet in order to maintain a healthy body weight. Just by eliminating crackers, sugary cereals, bagels, fries, pizzas, ice cream and fatty pastas, and excess bread from your diet will assist you to achieve weight loss results from this action alone.

Calorie shifting is a process that involves you eating a healthy steady balance of food varieties but alternating between amounts of calories between meals. Normally you might eat 3 meals a day with differing calorie intakes. Excess calory intake, without commensurate exercise to burn off the unneeded calory intake, will increase your weight, regardless as to the fact they might be fat-calories or sugar-calories. Without doubt, fatty foods are more calorie dense, which means the same measure of fat has 2 1/4 times as many calories.

One of the major dangers; as a consequence of your being overweight; is the danger of developing diabetes later in life. You must ask yourself this question “is enjoying junk food on a regular basis worth the high risk of suffering from this potentially life threatening disease…diabetes?”

The 21st century epidemic of diabetes places your life and well being in jeopardy, should you contract this debillitating disease. Plus the impact on the quality of your life can be seriously impacted due to the complications that result from diabetes.

The dangers of contracting diabetes two for young children, has turned into a major health confrontation in the 21st century. It is tragic enough that such a high proportion of adults in developed nations now suffer from this dangerous disease. However; statistics indicating the increase in the number of young people now diagnosed with diabetes two is alarming.

If you suffer from being overweight, or worse, you should consult your medical doctor, prior to undertaking any form of diet or exercise.
