Most of us run, or waddle in the opposite direction, if someone shouts the word “Exercise!” I recall having enjoyed a few Health Club memberships. They were great. Only problem being I only ever showed up a couple of times! Even then the awful sweaty smelling place managed to put me off. And so I went home..sort of early. All those membership fees…and nothing in return. I think it’s related to a friend many of us have. The friend is called “laziness”!
However, do you realise you dont have to front up to a smelly, sweaty gym. Sometimes there are easier and cheaper ways to keep fit.Housework is one of those undiscovered gems of exercise that is far too often overlooked. A lot of us tend to spend our time sitting on the couch watching TV whenever we have a few moments.
