How To Retain An Attractive Body For The Over 50’s

If you are currently in the 50 + age group I know you will be discovering a new fact of life! Your maturing body does not perform as well as it did when you were a vibrant 25 year old. Now I am not suggesting that you are over the hill, nor are you on your way out. I am simply stating a bald fact of life. As we age our bods dont function as efficiently as they did thirty + years ago, when we could run a mile without puffing…well sort of?
However there is a vital factor you can control in order to retain an attractive and healthy body. You must ensure that you remain constantly aware of your intake of food sources. Specificly food sources containing excessive fats and carbohydrates. No doubt when you were a teeny bopper you ate whatever and whenever you wanted.
Remember the delights of consuming fish and chips, hot dogs, huge greasy hamburgers (not those wimpy little Mcdonald things), drink gallons of coca cola and never have an extra gram attach to your hips! Back when we were teeny boppers we ate whatever we liked. Back in those teeny bopper days we were constantly on the move, at the beach or on the sports oval. Not stuck in front of a computer, or TV set 5 or so hours a day as per the modern child. We were always carrying out activities which burnt off our excess intake of fats and carbohydrates.
Unfortunately for most of us 50 +’s, we spend way too much time sitting in cafes consuming food we dont burn off. We simply become physically inactive at a time of life when we have the money to enjoy all that yummy food in cafes and restuarants. Result, on go the extra grams all over the body. We dont burn off the excess fats and carbos that we consume as we once did when we were younger and more on the move. You dont have to give up all the fats and carbos. You do need to be constantly aware of what you are eating. And you have to get out in the great open doors and be physically active to burn off the damage. The message is really simple to understand :
To remain physically attractive; Remain constantly calorie conscious and Maintain physical activity
